If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you receive, you may return unused products within 30 days of purchase for a refund with the following conditions:
Products must be unopened and unused. Products that have been used in any way are 100% Non-returnable. (Laying the product on the ground only once will be considered used – as lint and dust easily adhere to the bottom of the product.
- Material that is returned within 7 days will not be subject to restocking fees.
- Material returned after 7 days and before 30 days will incur a restocking fee of 15%.
- Material is non-refundable after 30 days.
All Custom Products and Special Orders are 100% Non-Refundable this includes but is not limited to: Rolled rubber in 5’ widths, nonstandard roll lengths (any roll length that is not 25’ or 50’). Any product in a Custom Colour and or EPDM top. All orders that are specifically noted as a special order or a Non-Refundable product at the time of order.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product prior to accepting shipping – If the product has received damage the customer is to immediately acknowledge this on the shipping documents and notify Perfect Surfaces within 24 hours. If the wrong product, quantity or colour is shipped the customer is to refuse shipping. If the product is accepted customer has acknowledged the correct product, quantity and colour has been shipped and received in good order.
Original shipping and handling costs are 100% Non-Refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping & handling costs. Customer may be responsible for any additional incurred fees such as storage, customs and broker fees.
Perfect Surfaces Ltd. ships all packages and freight with preferred third-party logistics and freight companies. Shipping is billed accordingly at the time of sale and any changes in order or shipping may incur additional charges to the customer as per the following conditions:
Shipping is curbside delivery only unless otherwise stated. Curbside delivery only states the transportation of goods to the curb on the street and does not include delivery to the door, garage or other specified areas by the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred in freight that is not subject to approval by Perfect Surfaces Ltd. This includes refusal of shipment, power tailgate fees, inside delivery, storage fees, re-delivery, return freight and redirecting shipment to another location.
Perfect Surfaces is not liable for transportation times and can only give estimated time frames on standard delivery. If product is needed by a specific date and time please ask for guaranteed or expedited shipping options.
